WHY ATTEND
Because face-to-face interaction with product and service representatives is an invaluable aspect of attending the Conference & Expo, conflict-free exhibit hours enable you to consult one-on-one with representatives of companies from across the country. Meet the leading vendors of the products and services you use every day and explore new offerings to meet specific needs within your communities.
The Conference & Expo is open to all community association management professionals, homeowners living in community associations (condominium, homeowners association, housing cooperative), and business partners serving these communities (fees apply).

Suitcasing Policy
Our exhibitors and event sponsors spend a lot of money to participate in the Conference & Expo, educational programming, and social events. CAI Austin has a no-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing, which describes the practice of non-exhibiting/sponsoring companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads on the Conference & Expo floor or at a CAI Austin event, in any session or networking reception, or anywhere within the event venue during a CAI Austin event. Interpretation of what constitutes suitcasing is at the sole discretion of CAI‘s Board of Directors. Violators of these policies will be removed from the event and risk being prohibited from exhibiting at a future Tradeshow or attending a future event. ALL VENDORS IN ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING EVENT SPONSORS, ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE AN EXHIBIT BOOTH TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE & EXPO!
