TLAC CORNHOLE FUNDRAISING TOURNAMENT

> FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT!!!

Join us for our 4th annual TLAC Cornhole Fundraising Tournament on Thursday, September 25th! There will be food! There will be beer! And, of course, there will be PRIZES!


Proceeds from this event will go to support our Texas Legislative Action Committee (TLAC).


The Tournament will begin at 4:00p SHARP and conclude at 7:00p. Tournament will follow rules set forth by the American Cornhole Association to determine the winners, via a bracket system.


 

Presenting Sponsor — $1,500 (1 available)
  • Five (5) teams of two - Total of 10 players
  • Ability to set up a tent (must provide own table & chairs)
  • Ability to set up swag table next to registration "Presented by Your Logo" on all Tournament Materials including emails and day-of signage
  • Opportunity to introduce yourself and your company before the awards at end of tournament
Longest Toss Sponsor — $1,000 (1 available)
  • Opportunity to assist committee in running Longest Toss Contest pre-tournament (prizes included with sponsorship)
  • Ability to set up a tent (must provide own table & chairs) Includes a cornhole lane (must provide logo'd cornhole boards)
  • Company Name on all Tournament Materials including emails and day-of signage
  • Includes TWO (2) spectators to attend the event (includes food and 2 drink tickets per person)
Photography Sponsor — $1,000 (1 available)
  • Company logo on official event photos
  • Company logo on all tournament materials including emails and day-of signage Includes
  • Two (2) spectators passes to attend the event (Includes food/drinks)
Awards Sponsor — $750 (SOLD)
  • Award Sponsor by company name” included on trophies (additional prizes included at no extra charge)
  • Ability to set up a tent (must provide own table & chairs)
  • Opportunity to assist presenting awards at end of tournament.
  • Company Name on all Tournament Materials including emails and day-of signage
  • Includes TWO (2) spectators to attend the event  (includes food and 2 drink tickets per person)
  • Sponsorship must be purchased by September 12th to meet production deadlines.
         
Food Sponsor — $750 (4 available)
  • Company Name/Logo on all Tournament Materials including emails and day-of signage
  • Ability to set up a tent (must provide own table & chairs)
  • Includes TWO (2) spectators to attend the event (includes food and 2 drink tickets per person)
Beer Sponsor — $500 (SOLD)
  • Opportunity to provide beer and seltzer (no liquor), must provide own coolers and ice
  • Company Name/Logo on all Tournament Materials including emails and day-of signage
  • Ability to set up a tent (must provide own table & chairs)
  • Ability to provide a canopy tent and MUST PROVIDE BEER OF CHOICE
  • Includes TWO (2) spectators to attend the event (includes food and 2 drink tickets per person)
       
Hydration Sponsor — $300 (4 available)
  • Company Name/Logo on all Tournament Materials including emails and day-of signage
  • Ability to set up a tent (must provide own table & chairs)
  • Ability to distribute company materials and water/non-alcoholic beverages to keep everyone hydrated (NO ALCOHOL may be offered at sponsor stations) at designated picnic tables in outdoor space. Includes
  • TWO (2) spectators to attend the event (includes food and 2 drink tickets per person)

Cornhole Sponsor Lane — $250 (14 available)
  • REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SET OF CORNHOLE BOARDS
  • Includes four (4) players
  • All players will receive (2) drink tickets and food
  • Players will participate in bracket-style tournament.
      

Raffle Sponsor — $250 (unlimited)
  • Includes one (1) spectator pass
  • Company logo displayed alongside raffle prizes
  • Verbal recognition when winners are announced
      
Cornhole Team, 2 Players — $100 (unlimited)
  • All players will receive (2) drink tickets and food
  • Players will participate in bracket-style tournament.
Spectator Pass — $0 for community managers, $25 for sponsors who wish to purchase additional passes. Business Partners can email jesus@caiaustin.org to add additional spectator passes.
