Event Description

Whether you live in a condominium, homeowners association (HOA) or other type of community, the CAI Board Leader Certificate Program highlights what every board member needs to know to lead and serve effectively.

The course consists of five modules intended to educate and inform participants while providing ample opportunity for questions from the audience.

Module 3: Fundamentals of Financial Management
