Get a behind-the-scenes look at what really happens during a trial —and how to be ready if you’re ever called to the witness stand! THIS EVENT IS FREE TO ATTEND!

This interactive Mock Trial is designed specifically for HOA and condominium managers and Board Members and walks through the processes and procedures of a trial from start to finish. Participants will gain real-world insight into:

  • How trials work and what to expect at each stage;
  • Strategies for preparing for witness testimony; and
  • Best practices that Judges look for when evaluating a case

This session removes the mystery around going to Court and equips managers with the knowledge and tools to protect themselves — and their associations — when legal issues arise.

SECURITY
Please allow up to 30 minutes to pass through courthouse security.

  • If driving, arrive before the bus arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • The courthouse will be open to the public and conducting normal operations — please remain courteous to staff and visitors.
  • All participants must go through security screening.
  • Bring a small bag only and limit items when possible to speed up entry.

  • 2:00 PM — Arrival back at Maggiano's Little Italy
