WELCOME TO THE 2021 CAI AUSTIN CONFERENCE & EXPO


Friday, June 18, 2021 at The United Heritage Center at Dell Diamond

Join us at the ballpark as CAI Austin brings together Homeowner Leaders (board members), Community Managers, and the Business Partners that support them. Since this year's event will be held at the United Heritage Center at the Dell Diamond, it only makes sense that this year's theme would be "Take Me Out to the Ballpark ~ Teamwork makes the Dream Work." 

There will be FREE Education Classes available to registered attendees and 40 vendor expo booths to visit. There will also be raffle prize giveaways, a spirit award for the best themed booth and an attendance award for the management company with the most attendees.

CAI Austin invites all home and condominium owners, community managers and industry experts to share best practices that help to govern neighborhoods responsibly. Governing a community is a tough job for anyone; this is your opportunity to become an even better leader. Responsible communities are governed by well-informed boards and managers.

CAI's Suitcasing Policy

Our exhibitors and sponsors spend a lot of money to participate in the Annual Conference & Expo. CAI has a no-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing, which describes the practice of non-exhibiting companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads on the trade show floor, in any session or networking reception, or anywhere within the event venue during CAI‘s Annual Conference & Expo.

Interpretation of what constitutes suitcasing is at the sole discretion of CAI‘s Board of Directors. Violators of these policies will be given a warning at the event. If the violation continues, the violator will be asked to leave the event, and charged the single booth rate which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor at any future chapter event.
