Policy: All registrations are considered final. A registration made is a registration paid. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the luncheon. If you are unable to attend and notify us within this timeframe, your payment can be transferred to a future luncheon. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made for cancellations received after the deadline.

CAI is hosting our fourth annual High-Rise Managers Workshop exclusively for community managers and management companies specializing in high-rise communities. This year we will be in Houston!
What is the Workshop?
The workshop is an immersive experience where participants have the opportunity to tour high-rise buildings - from roofs to parking lots - and everything in between. This program is intended to include opportunities for participants to network with their industry peers and business partners, share best practices, problem solve, and benefit from expert presentations on a variety of topics specifically for the high-rise manager.
The Workshop will be a walking/touring workshop. Be sure to bring your walking shoes and umbrellas. If anyone requires special accommodations, please reach out to Carly Reid at creid@caionline.org.
