Business Partner Team Sign Up Instructions: All Business Partner members signing up a team - please limit your team to (2) BP member players and (4) Manager/CAVL member players to complete your team. If, in the event that you are unable to fill your team with this player ratio as we approach event date, you will be allowed to adjust accordingly. (Note: Due to limited spots BPs may only purchase (1) team).
